A small experiment, thus far UNSUCCESSFUL.

Purpose of experiment was to further compactify 'micro-ECC'
(found at https://github.com/kmackay/micro-ecc ) for human-
readability by restricting the 'ifdefs' to operation on a
32-bit system with no inline ASM optimizations permitted.

Thus far the resulting tester SEGFAULTs on Linux and NetBSD.
Whoever feels like, can try to fix.

Make sure you are actually building on a 32-bit system.

Instructions in the README inside tarball.
