On some platforms (namely Ubuntu 14.04 x86-64) the OpenSSL mandoc
generation is known to crash halfway and prevent the bitcoind binary compilation
due to missing OpenSSL headers in ourlibs/include.
The fix contained in this patch dodges around this issue by avoiding
the mandoc generation phase.

This patch does not have any dependencies and can be directly applied
over the 0.5.3.1-RELEASE source code.

It has been successfully tested on Ubuntu 14.04 and 12.04 boxes (the latter
being a regression test, as it manages to compile the source code with
and without the fix).
