This patch depends on

It abolishes the hardcoded seed list from net.cpp
(see http://therealbitcoin.org/ml/btc-dev/2015-February/000043.html and
http://therealbitcoin.org/ml/btc-dev/2015-February/000044.html )

There are to be other amputations of gangrene-riddled flesh from the
seeding mechanism, but in the spirit of 'one major item per patch'
doctrine, this one is presented alone.
