     [        Date: 2016.04.29                          ]
     [   Co-Chairs: mod6 [R.01] && ben_vulpes [R.02]    ]

0x00]: Introduction

   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

   During the course of April, The Foundation focused on testing and collecting
   metrics during an offline eatblock full sync.

0x01]: Accomplishments

   Utilizing asciilifeform's [R.03], blocktiming and blackhole vpatches from the
   month of February [R.04], mod6 conducted a full offline eatblock test.
   The details and results are posted [R.05].

0x02]: Continuing Steps

   Going forward, tickets related to The Reference Implementation and other
   projects need updates and re-prioritization.  This was a goal for April;
   however, was pushed back to meet other pressing needs.

0x03]: Conclusion

   The Bitcoin Foundation would like to bestow our sincerest thanks and
   gratitude to the contributors and community for its support and insight.
