   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

0x01]: Accomplishments

   mod6 spent the month studying asciilifeform's [R.03] forthcoming Finite
   Field Arithmetic [FFA].

0x02]: Continuing Steps

   The Foundation will be continuing work on The Reference Implementation in
   November.  The areas of focus include: review and testing a raw
   transactions vpatch, and alterations to the private key tools vpatch.

   October marks the third anniversary of The Bitcoin Foundation!
