   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

   0x010:  The Foundation commissioned the construction of Cuntoo, TMSR~'s own
   operating system.  asciilifeform [R.03] took the initiative to be the project
   lead [R.04].

   0x011:  The Bitcoin Foundation has recently updated its Advertised Republican
   Nodes list, adding three more nodes this month [R.05].  The Foundation
   strongly encourages members of the Republic to stand up, sync, and advertise
   a node in as short an order as is feasible.

   If you would like to help us test (or with development efforts), please
   inquire with mod6 or ben_vulpes in #trilema.
