This mega-patch adds ANTECEDENTS! To ALL MAINLINE PATCHES produced thus far.

These are generated using 'vdiff.sh', included.

I WILL BE SIGNING THESE shortly. THEY ARE NOT YET signed individually.
The expectation is that 'v' versioning system will accept any L1 member's detached sig
for any particular patch in this set, or future patch, and correctly handle it.

It was necessary to laboriously grind through the entire history of the project and re-apply the
patches in the order in which they were accepted into rel1 and rel2-pre:

'rel1' means everything featured in http://therealbitcoin.org/ml/btc-dev/2015-March/000067.html .
'rel2-pre' means everything featured in http://therealbitcoin.org/ml/btc-dev/2015-August/000140.html .

The resulting patch sets were then diffed, producing:
1) rel1.patch
2) rel2-pre.patch

These are included solely for absolute verifiability of the fact that the subdirectory 'new'
in patches.tar.gz contains (in several instances, renamed for readability [1]) precisely the result
of applying (1) and (2) to the rel1-classic and rel2-pre-classic patch sets (contents therein are
exact copies of the existing history of the project, and you are expected to verify this.)

[1] The addition of the antecedent hashes and the change of suffix to 'vdiff' will not affect the
    application of patches using conventional, unmodified 'patch' utility. The hashes are there to
    be read by my 'v' ultra-minimalistic versioning system, currently undergoing testing and not
    yet fit for battlefield use.
