This patch adds two rpc functions:

importprivkey
dumpprivkey

They come from 0.6 code, you are likely familiar with them.  Only rudimentary tests have been made so PLEASE TEST AND REPORT if you do try this patch.  

All code is released under the GFYPL and ACHTUNG DO NOT USE etc.etc.
