Attached is a set of makefiles which will download build dependencies
and shitlibs, verify them, initialize V, perform a press, and build
bitcoind. Interesting knobs can be found in each Makefile. A subsequent
revision will include a fix which eliminates failing boost targets such
that the related abomination herein can be removed. Of particular note,
there is an empty Manifest.sha512 in the bin folder. The adjacent
Makefile can be made to verify the hash of the built bitcoind when a
target hash is chosen.
