I'd like to announce a new version of V: version 99996 K

Change Log for V version 99996 K:

0x01: A defect was discovered in the subroutine that matches seals to their
      corresponding vpatches.  The defect was discovered when a vpatch was
      submitted that partly matched the name of an existing vpatch.  This
      was corrected by making the regular expression on line 81 more strict.

0x02: A request for change was submitted: V will now look for the .wot and
      .seals directores in the current working directory instead of in the
      users home directory.

0x03: A request for change was submitted: V now utilizes a mechanism to check
      the SHA512 hashes of all source post press.  This ensures that source
      files pressed by V match the expected output hash.  For whatever reason
      if they do not match, V will report the mis-match and exit.

0x04: Updated the version number to 99996 K.

0x05: Cleaned up superfluous spaces at the end of a few lines.

0x06: Updated the documentation to reflect the changes.

Testing:

  The changes denoted above were tested with the Cucumber automation tests:
  all passed.
