   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

0x01]: Accomplishments

   Recent discussion, in congress, categorically surrounds next goals for The
   Bitcoin Foundation and the Reference Implementation, short term, and long
   term.  In support of achieving both short and long term goals, The Foundation
   spent some time building a simple ticketing system, and enumerating tasks
   that have been discussed over the past year.

   To these ends mod6 wrote a ticketing system called `t'.  A simple program
   which employs flat text file to store ticket data.  The current list of
   tickets has been posted [R.03], along with a ascii graph [R.04] and a
   dotfile SVG graph [R.05] of ticket and their dependencies.

   mod6 will publish the source of `t' to the mailing list [R.06].  Also,
   further tasks will be defined and added to the Saga for the current
   Reference Implementation.
