The attached vpatch is a variant of funkenstein_'s [R.01] original
`funken_privkey_tools' vpatch posted to the ML [R.02], the general assembly
[R.03], and another location [R.04].

The main difference is that it has been `reground' so that it will patch cleanly
with V.

The other differences are subtle in that dead code has been removed from the
vpatch.

The attached vpatch has been tested; however, this does not mean that you should
not read and understand this patch thoroughly, or conduct testing of your own.
THIS VPATCH MAY BE HAZARDOUS & CAUSE LOSS OF LIFE AND LIMBS!

To utilize this vpatch, simply place the attached vpatch into your 'patches'
directory, and the attached seal into your '.seals' directory.  Then fully
press trb per normal, i.e.:

./v.pl press verbose trb makefiles.vpatch

Then continue to build per normal procedure.
