   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

   There have been numerous TMSR~ threads around the trb wallet.  A recent one
   [R.03] spurred mod6 to take action and initiate an investigation of the
   wallet code.

   The Foundation will continue wallet investigatory work [R.04].

   As mircea_popescu [R.05] points out [R.06], preceding design and modeling
   discussions are essential.
