   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

  0x010: Upon further review, determination that mod6's TRB was falling behind
         due to ssd problems.

  0x011: Educational Raw Transactions Back-Port Exercise, and failure.
         Paper written up on subject and submitted [R.03] to btc-dev Mailing
         List [R.04].

  0x012: mod6 read through both asciilifeform's [R.05] ``Aggressive
         PushGetBlocks'' [R.06], and ben_vulpes's ``Increased PushGetBlocks
         Aggression'' [R.07].

  0x013: mod6 discovered a coding defect in util.cpp of extant TRB, he provided
         a detailed analysis and vpatch fix for consideration [R.08].

0x02]: Continuing Steps

  0x0220: mod6 will continue to test with asciilifeform's ``Aggressive
          PushGetBlocks'', and ben_vulpes' ``Increased PushGetBlocks
          Aggression''.

  0x021: mod6 will be putting further effort into a trb-centric implementation
         of raw transaction tools.

  0x022: An important task on mod6's agenda [as well as us all], is to work
         through asciilifeform's FFA chapters posted [R.09] to his blog.  As
         soon as time can be reasonably allocated.

0x03]: Expenditures

  0x030: 0.01909011 BTC Payment for Pizarro and hosting expenses [R.0A].

0x04]: Conclusion
